Nancy has always loved the outdoors and the elements and running has been a constant passion over the years. Whilst trekking the Grand Canyon to raise money for Breast Cancer over 10 years ago Nancy met an incredibly inspiring yoga teacher who lit a flame in her that she didn't know needed lighting!
On her return to the UK Nancy joined regular yoga classes and found that being on the mat made her feel whole again. The next step for Nancy was to become a yoga teacher; so she trained with Rainbow yoga to gain her kids yoga teacher qualification before going on to train at Yoga Dharma in Southend and gained her 200 hours.

Nancy's classes offer a complete yoga experience. Strengthening the physical body with posture’s whilst tuning into the energetic and subtle body and of course working with the breath.

Indian Head Massage Treatment

Nancy also offers Indian Head Massage Treatments.
This wonderful massage focuses on your head, neck, shoulders and arms. It is a deep massage using a variety of pressures & techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp and deep tissue work on your shoulders.
£30 for a 45 minute treatment.

Crystal Facial & Luxury Crystal, Gua Sha & Roller Facial

Nancy is focused on holistically healing the mind, body and spirit. Whilst the Indian Head Massage uses a combination of traditional movements to help ground and relax you the Crystal Facial relieves muscle tension, reduces puffiness and promotes lymphatic drainage. This gives the skin a wonderful radiant glow whilst also using the healing power of natural crystals and the ancient practice using the Gua Sha stone.
£25 for a 30 minute Crystal facial
£40 for a 60 minute luxury Crystal Gua Sha & Roller facial.

Thai Hand & Foot Massage

A Thai Hand & Foot Massage is a mixture of many influences including Ayurveda, Reflexology, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese massage and Yoga and is an effective and vigorous massage of the hands, legs and feet.

A Thai Hand & Foot Massage is used to help relieve stress, induce relaxation, improve flexibility, bodily functions, stimulate circulation, increase lymphatic flow, reduce stiffness, and remove toxins.

£30.00 (introductory price) for an hour treatment.

Yoga Retreat

Nancy and her good friend Andrea also run yoga retreats in
Wells Next to the Sea in Norfolk in March and November.
These retreats take place at the beautiful location of The Hollies.
